Hotel Holiday International, Sharjah

The hotel room was not clean, there was a bad smell, and the cleanliness was not up to par. On the other hand, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Mrs Nadia at the reception. The location was excellent, close to dining options and services, and the walk alongside the lagoon was delightful.

The hotel had noisy construction inside and was in desperate need of renovation, but the service went the extra mile to make our anniversary special. The location was excellent, but not comfortable for families with children. The dining experience was below expectations.

The hotel offers a fun swimming pool with a Harbor view but the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement due to the old and unclean carpet outside. The staff, especially Ms. at the reception desk, are super friendly with a constant smile, making the stay pleasant. The location is excellent, near popular attractions like central souq, almontazah, and Khalid lagoon, although the lobby area is not in the best condition.

The hotel rooms need a little more maintenance and were not ready before 7:00 a.m, in very bad condition with almost no lights, and not clean with a bad smell. The service was fantastic and very friendly, although staff were sometimes careless and slow in responding to requests. The location was nice but not comfortable for families with children; however, parking was always available, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The dining experience was good with decent prices and suitable for young children. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel's rooms were smelling bad and in a very bad condition with almost no lights, and they were not ready before 7:00 a.m. On the positive side, the service was very helpful and friendly, including free WiFi inside the room. The location, despite some drawbacks like bird droppings, was great with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience, although fantastic, could have had better food arrangement. Price is reasonable.
